Buyer Agreement

Last updated: April 2025. This agreement governs the terms under which you may purchase products and services on Odaly.

1. Purchasing

When you purchase a product or service on Odaly, you enter into a direct agreement with the seller. Odaly facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it.

2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

3. Buyer Protection

Odaly's escrow system holds funds until the transaction is complete. If you do not receive what was described, you may open a dispute within the specified window.

4. Reviews and Ratings

After a completed transaction, you may leave a review. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. Fraudulent reviews are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to circumvent the payment system
• Filing fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
• Harassing or threatening sellers
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
