Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2025. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for transactions on Odaly.
1. Product Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the listing description.
2. Service Refunds
Service disputes follow a 3-stage resolution process:
- Direct resolution (48 hours): Buyer and seller attempt to resolve the issue directly.
- Mediation (5 business days): Odaly support reviews the dispute and proposes a resolution.
- Final decision: Odaly makes a binding decision based on the evidence provided.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The seller's commission for refunded transactions is also reversed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital goods after delivery/access
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Services already fully rendered
- Subscription fees (pro-rated cancellation available)
5. Chargebacks
We encourage buyers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
