  • Page views and navigation patterns (via Umami, cookie-less)
  • IP address (for rate limiting and security)
  • Browser type and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the marketplace
  • To process transactions and payments
  • To moderate content and prevent fraud
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmations, moderation updates)
  • To provide analytics to sellers about their storefront

3. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR/CCPA compliant. No cookie consent is required.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • AI providers (content moderation — anonymized)
  • Law enforcement (when legally required)

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain transaction records for 7 years as required by tax regulations.
