Seller Agreement

Last updated: April 2025. This agreement governs the terms under which you may sell products and services on Odaly.

1. Seller Account

To sell on Odaly, you must create a seller account and complete the onboarding process, including providing your business information and connecting a Stripe account for payments.

2. Commission Structure

Odaly charges a 10% commission on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted automatically before payouts to your Stripe account.

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Standard payout timing applies per Stripe's schedule (typically 2-7 business days after transaction completion).

4. Tax Obligations

Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations. US-based sellers earning over $600/year will receive a 1099 form. You must provide accurate tax identification information.

5. Listing Standards

All listings must:

  • Accurately describe the product or service
  • Include clear, representative images
  • Display honest pricing
  • Not contain contact information to bypass the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws

6. Content Moderation

All listings are subject to AI-assisted and manual moderation. Listings that violate our policies will be rejected with an explanation. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Seller Performance

Sellers are expected to maintain quality service, including timely responses to inquiries, accurate order fulfillment, and professional communication with buyers.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Outstanding transactions must be fulfilled before account closure. Earned but unpaid commissions remain payable.
